A top U.S. accounting and advisory firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. This is a high-impact role supporting both buy-side and sell-side M&A engagements for middle-market clients, private equity firms, and lenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support financial due diligence engagements, including quality of earnings and working capital analysis
- Analyze financial statements and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare client-ready reports and presentations summarizing key findings
- Participate in client meetings and site visits, interacting with senior management teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with tax, audit, and consulting teams
- Mentor and develop junior staff
Ideal Candidate:
- 2-4 years of experience in transaction advisory, audit, or financial due diligence
- Strong foundation in accounting and corporate finance
- CPA preferred (not required)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
