少人数でグローバルに展開する投資運用チームにて、Fund Operations Managerを新規増員募集！
本ポジションでは、ファンド会計・レポーティング（キャピタルコール／ディストリビューション、NAV算定など）、SPV管理、監査・税務対応、内部統制、投資家対応（IR連携）など、ファンド運営の中核業務を幅広くご担当いただきます。
海外投資家との新規案件（New Business）やオンボーディング、既存業務（BAU）において、英語を活かしたコミュニケーションが日常的に求められるため、ビジネスレベルの英語力は必須です。国内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら、グローバルな視点でオペレーションを担いたい方に最適なポジションです。

■必須要件（MUST）
- 英語：ビジネスレベル（対外的なやり取りが日常的に発生します）
- PE、プライベートクレジット、ヘッジ、不動産私募など、いずれかの運用会社での経験
- LPレポーティング／監査対応、キャピタルコール、ディストリビューションの実務経験
- 国内外のステークホルダーと円滑なコミュニケーションが可能な方
