TMT Investment Banker, Analyst/Assoc
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of M&A transactions, including financial modeling, valuation analyses (DCF, precedent transactions, trading comps), and preparation of marketing materials (pitch books, teasers, information memoranda).
- Conduct in-depth industry and company research within the TMT sector to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic insights for clients.
- Assist in deal origination by preparing client presentations and contributing to business development initiatives.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market developments, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics in the TMT space.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; strong academic performance required.
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related roles; prior exposure to TMT transactions is highly preferred.
- Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a proactive and detail-driven approach.
