Selby Jennings is actively partnering with a growing health-tech startup in San Francisco, focusing on building a platform that promotes pricing transparency and personalized medication management, and health transparency, ultimately empowering patients, providers, and pharmacies in tandem.
The firm is currently serving thousands of patients and providers across the U.S., connecting with top-end health care providers and enabling a personalized healthcare environment based on individual health goals. The leadership team is composed of leaders from the likes of Tesla, SpaceX, alongside ivy league educational pedigrees promoting growth, expansion, and collaboration.
They are looking to bring on a Strategic Finance/Accounting Associate, playing a critical role in the buildout of the team and the financial trajectory of the firm.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with month-end closes
- Year-end tax and audit
- Process improvement and implementation
- Driving collaberation with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience within finance, accounting, or related field
- Startup experience is a plus
- Active CPA license
- Strong communcation skills and attention to detail
