We're seeking a proven enterprise sales leader to join a fast-growing FinTech innovator delivering cutting-edge SaaS solutions across the front, middle, and back office. This is a quota-carrying role focused on driving new business with hedge funds, asset managers, insurance companies, and wealth management firms.
What You'll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to close, leveraging MEDDICC methodology.
- Build and execute account-based strategies to exceed annual SaaS revenue targets.
- Deliver compelling demos, ROI-driven business cases, and negotiate complex contracts.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce while collaborating cross-functionally.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in FinTech.
- Must have a strong background selling OMS (Order Management Systems) or EMS (Execution Management Systems) into institutional clients.
- Proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders and navigate complex buying processes.
- Deep understanding of investment operations and technology stacks.
- Track record of exceeding quotas and driving strategic relationships.
