Deine Aufgaben
Du gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Accounting-Prozessen - mit einem klaren Blick auf Compliance und Risikominimierung
Als zentrale Ansprechperson treibst du die Weiterentwicklung unseres globalen SAP-Prozessmodells voran.
Du analysierst Prozesse und Risiken mit Tiefgang - und entwickelst daraus innovative, praxisnahe Verbesserungsvorschläge für unterschiedliche Fachbereiche
Du leitest Initiativen zur Automatisierung von Finanzprozessen und schaffst damit spürbare Effizienzgewinne
Du entwickelst klare Guidelines und Dokumentationen, die Maßstäbe setzen
Du arbeitest eng mit internationalen, interdisziplinären Teams in spannenden Projekten zusammen
Dein Profil
Du hast eine Ausbildung als Bilanzbuchhalter:in oder ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance/Controlling
Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich mit - idealerweise mit Fokus auf Prozessgestaltung und Accounting
Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Prozessanalyse, idealerweise im SAP-Umfeld
Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und lösungsorientiert
Du kommunizierst souverän auf Deutsch (mind. C-Level) und Englisch
Du bringst Begeisterung für Veränderung, Innovation und Zusammenarbeit mit - und kannst andere dafür mitreißen
Erfahrung als SAP-Key-User oder im Projektmanagement ist ein starkes Plus
