Our client is an asset management firm in Westport, CT and they are looking to bring on a Senior Investor Relations and Marketing Associate. This person will collaborate with the sales and investment teams to drive business growth and client communication.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage content production and monthly, quarterly, and year-end marketing materials

· Maintain the firm's due diligence questionnaire

· Maintain accurate CRM database

· Work with internal teams for investor transactions

· Monitor market trends

· Manage relationships with current and potential investors

Requirements:

· A bachelor's degree

· 5-8 years of professional experience in financial services, marketing, client services, or investor relations

· Strong understanding of investment solutions and U.S. wealth management ecosystem

· Project management skills

· Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills

· Experience working in digital content platforms

This position will be in office everyday and may require minimal travel.
