The senior team has undergone transition following a recent leadership retirement, creating an opportunity for an experienced capital raiser to take real ownership of the investor platform and shape its next chapter.
Role Responsibilities
Capital Raising & Investor Coverage
Lead capital raising efforts across Europe for logistics‑focused strategies, including value‑add, core‑plus, and development projects.
Systematise and professionalise the current fundraising approach, moving from deal‑by‑deal family office outreach to a coordinated, strategic programme.
Build and deepen relationships with European institutional investors (pension funds, insurers, endowments, consultants) and sophisticated family offices.
Investor Relations & Communication
Serve as a senior representative of the platform in all investor interactions, communicating strategy, performance, pipeline, and alignment of interest.
Prepare and refine pitch decks, investor materials, and due‑diligence documentation.
Provide ongoing updates, reporting, and tailored communication to investors across multiple regions.
Strategic Input & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the four partners and the broader investment team to understand product development, pipeline, and deal structuring.
Bring market intelligence on European investor appetite, capital flows, and logistics‑sector trends.
Play a key role in shaping future fund structures, separate accounts, and JV opportunities.
Platform Growth & Leadership
Act as a senior commercial leader within a lean, collaborative London‑based team of around 10 people. [Delin Prop...rty Script | Word]
Help define long‑term fundraising strategy across European logistics and new product verticals.
Represent the platform with professionalism, credibility, and deep understanding of institutional capital behaviour.
Ideal Candidate
8-12+ years of experience in capital raising, investor relations, or distribution within real estate private markets - ideally with strong exposure to European logistics or broader real estate strategies.
A strong network of European institutional investors and/or family offices.
Proven ability to raise capital independently and manage institutional processes end‑to‑end.
Strategic, commercially minded, and able to operate without rigid structures or bureaucratic processes.
Confident communicator capable of representing a platform with both family office backing and external LPs.
Experience at a real estate manager, placement agent, or investment firm focused on European private markets is highly advantageous.
Thrives in a small, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment with direct access to senior leadership.
Ability to bring structure, process, and strategic thinking to a historically entrepreneurial fundraising model.
