Senior Equity & Cross-Asset Structurer
A financial-markets firm is looking for an experienced Structurer to join its regional investment-solutions business.
The position involves designing and delivering derivative-based investment solutions, with a particular focus on equities alongside broader cross-asset products. You will work closely with commercial and markets teams to convert investor requirements and market opportunities into practical, executable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and price structured investment solutions across equities, structured products and other asset classes
- Create new product concepts based on market conditions, investor demand and relative-value opportunities
- Support the commercialisation of new investment strategies and product formats
- Produce trade ideas for client-facing teams and participate in relevant client discussions
- Work with internal trading, sales, risk and control functions throughout the product-development process
- Coordinate with external financial counterparties when additional product or execution capabilities are required
- Assess payoff design, pricing, hedging considerations and commercial viability
- Monitor regulatory and market developments affecting the distribution of structured investments in Asia
- Contribute to wider product-development and business-growth initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Between 3-7 years of experience in derivatives structuring, preferably within equity derivatives or cross-asset solutions
- Strong understanding of structured-product pricing, payoff construction and risk
- Experience developing complex or customised investment solutions
- Able to translate technical product concepts into clear commercial ideas
- Familiarity with Asian financial markets and investor requirements
- Strong quantitative academic background
- Comfortable working across sales, trading, risk and product functions
- Fluent in English; Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese
