A leading financial services provider with a strong presence in the card and payment services is seeking a Senior compliance officer to lead its Client Integrity SIRA initiatives. The organisation operates independently with its own banking license and has a long-standing history of issuing and managing credit card products across multiple markets.
Your Role
As the Lead compliance officer for Client Integrity SIRA, you will:
- Shape and manage the strategic direction of the Client Integrity SIRA.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and mitigate integrity risks.
- Analyse trends in financial economic crime, client behaviour, and internal feedback to refine risk focus areas.
- Drive improvements in processes, products, and cost efficiency related to client integrity.

Your Profile
We're looking for a seasoned professional with:
- A Master's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 7 years of experience, including 5 years in financial economic crime (FEC), AML, CFT, and sanctions.
- Proven success in identifying and mitigating client integrity risks.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Experience in SIRA, KYC/CDD, client monitoring, and risk-based approaches.
- Leadership qualities that foster innovation, collaboration, and resilience.
- Preference for candidates residing in the Netherlands.
