Risk Controller Financial Risks (M-F-D)
In this role within the Risk Controlling department, you will be responsible for overseeing financial risk management and providing key insights to senior leadership and regulatory bodies. We are looking for a skilled professional to strengthen our capabilities in managing financial risks.
Your Responsibilities
Lead responsibility for monitoring financial risks, with a focus on credit, interest rate, and liquidity risks
Design and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and strategies
Coordinate group-wide risk oversight within the context of consolidated supervision
Monitor financial risks and prepare reports for executive management and the board
Collaborate closely with both internal departments and external partners
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements
Act as deputy to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO)
Your Profile
University degree in economics or equivalent qualifications (e.g., MBA, FRM, CFA)
Several years of professional experience in a similar function within the financial sector (e.g., risk controlling, risk management, or audit)
Deep understanding of Swiss banking regulations
Precise, independent work style with strong analytical and conceptual skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
Confident and persuasive presentation style
