Risk and Insurance Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced P&C Risk and Insurance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in property and casualty (P&C) risk management and insurance. This role is hybrid, offering a blend of remote work and on-site presence in Stanton, Tennessee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses.
- Manage and oversee the company's insurance programs, including policy renewals, claims processing, and coverage analysis.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with insurance requirements and risk management policies.
- Liaise with insurance brokers, carriers, and other external partners to negotiate terms and conditions.
- Prepare and present reports on risk management activities and insurance coverage to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in P&C risk management and insurance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in P&C risk management and insurance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
- Professional certifications (e.g., ARM, CPCU) are a plus.
