RFP Manager
We are partnering with a leading global asset manager on an exciting opportunity for an RFP Manager to join their regional team based in Hong Kong.
This role sits within a high-performing APAC function supporting institutional and intermediary client coverage. The team plays a critical role in supporting fundraising and client engagement efforts across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and other client-related requests
- Partner closely with sales, client services, investment specialists, and product teams to develop tailored, high-quality responses
- Translate complex investment concepts into clear, compelling, client-friendly messaging
- Manage multiple deadlines and oversee the full lifecycle of proposal submissions
- Track activity pipelines and ensure timely completion across concurrent projects
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in processes, systems, and content quality
Requirements:
- At least 3-8 years of experience within asset management or financial services
- Background in RFP writing OR adjacent functions such as:
- Investment Writing
- Product or Investment Marketing
- Client Services / Sales Support
- DDQ / Consultant Relations support
- Strong understanding of investment products, asset classes, and fund structures
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
