A highly regarded trading firm is looking to bring on a Quantitative Trading Developer to help expand their equity options market making team. The desk is well established and continues to invest heavily in staying at the cutting edge of technology. Working hand in hand with traders and researchers, you will automate strategies, strengthen infrastructure, and build new tools. The role offers exceptional upside and the opportunity to make an immediate impact on P&L.

What you will do:

  • Partner with traders and researchers to optimize the full trading system
  • Develop and implement new trading strategies
  • Design new tools for traders that will be used across the firm
  • Identify and drive improvements across every function of the platform

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of experience working closely with systematic trading strategies
  • Strong understanding of quantitative trading and how markets operate
  • Deep background using Python for tool development, automation, and data analysis
  • B.S. in Computer Science from a top 50 university
