Engineers are expected to write production-quality code, automate operational workflows, troubleshoot complex incidents, and work directly with traders and researchers to improve the reliability and performance of trading systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for strong software engineers interested in systems, infrastructure, and production environments, as well as production engineers looking for a highly technical role with significant engineering ownership.
Strong coding ability is essential.
The team places a strong emphasis on software development fundamentals, automation, and problem-solving, with production reliability forming a core part of the role.
Experience within prop trading firms, hedge funds, exchanges, market data providers, large scale tech companies, or other performance-sensitive production environments is highly valued.
