Role Overview

As a Senior Associate or Vice President, you will be an integral leader across deal execution, diligence management, and portfolio value creation. You will work directly with senior leadership on sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments, while managing junior team members and engaging with portfolio company executives.


Key Responsibilities

Deal Execution & Investment Leadership

  • Lead financial modeling, valuation work, and return analyses.
  • Manage commercial, operational, financial, and legal diligence workstreams.
  • Coordinate with bankers, consultants, accountants, and attorneys throughout the transaction process.
  • Prepare and present investment committee materials, including thesis development and value creation planning.

Portfolio Value Creation

  • Partner with management teams to execute strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Track performance, evaluate KPIs, and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Support or lead add‑on acquisition sourcing, evaluation, and integration.

Sourcing & Market Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with bankers, advisors, and industry leaders.
  • Lead or support thematic sourcing efforts across industrial and manufacturing subsectors.
  • Develop investment theses and sector insights to guide sourcing priorities.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Manage and mentor Associates and Analysts across projects and transactions.
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and broader firm-building initiatives.
  • Represent the firm professionally with management teams and external partners.
