Role Overview:
As a Senior Associate or Vice President, you will take a leadership role in sourcing, executing, and managing investments. This position offers significant responsibility in driving deal processes, leading due diligence, and working closely with portfolio company management teams to create value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research for new investments.
  • Manage and coordinate due diligence across operational, financial, and legal workstreams.
  • Prepare and present investment committee materials with strategic recommendations.
  • Drive portfolio company initiatives, including growth strategies, operational improvements, and add-on acquisitions.
  • Play an active role in deal sourcing and relationship building with intermediaries and industry executives.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or consulting, with a strong track record of deal execution.
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Deep interest and experience in industrials and manufacturing sectors.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
