Our client, a private equity firm headquartered in Cleveland, is seeking a Senior Analyst/Associate to join its team. This is a high-impact role offering exposure to both deal execution and portfolio management across resilliant and high-growth sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support investment underwriting and due diligence, including financial modeling, memo drafting, and industry research
- Conduct deep analytical reviews of financial, customer, product, and market data to identify key trends
- Assist in the preparation of investor relations materials, including quarterly updates and annual presentations
- Perform market research and deliver concise industry summaries for new investment opportunities
- Provide portfolio support through budgeting, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Profile:
- 1+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, lending, or consulting
- Strong financial modeling and accounting fundamentals
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Comfortable working in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments
- Willingness to relocate to or currently based in Cleveland, OH
