Selby Jennings is partnering with an investment firm managing over $8 billion in capital. This firm is a generalist private equity and credit investor focused on underserved lower middle market companies with $10M-$150M in revenue across a wide range of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on live deals from origination through execution and portfolio management
- Partner closely with VPs on underwriting, diligence, and structuring
- Contribute to investment memos, modeling, and deal negotiations
- Help manage and monitor portfolio companies post-close
Qualifications:
- 1.5-3 years of experience in investment banking or private equity
- Strong financial modeling, writing, and communication skills
- Ties to Texas
- Experience across multiple sectors
- Open to PE-to-PE laterals and IB-to-PE transitions
