Portfolio Operations Manager

A leading asset manager is seeking a Senior Portfolio Operations Manager to support the day-to-day management of investment operations across a range of portfolios and asset classes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including trade support, settlements and exception management.
- Manage cash, position and transaction reconciliations and resolve operational breaks.
- Review fund accounting outputs, NAVs and portfolio reporting.
- Coordinate corporate actions and income events.
- Liaise with custodians, administrators, brokers and internal stakeholders.
- Support fund launches, account openings and portfolio transitions.
- Assist with regulatory reporting, audits and operational governance.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
- 7+ years experience within Asset Management, Investment Management, Wealth Management, Hedge Funds or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of the investment lifecycle and portfolio operations.
- Experience working closely with Portfolio Managers, Investment Teams and third-party service providers.
- Experience supporting multi-asset portfolios
- Exposure to platforms such as: Aladdin, Charles River, Bloomberg etc
- Experience with Python, VBA, SQL or Power Bi tools
