Position Overview
Title: P&C Product Manager
Location: Hybrid (40-50% in-office in Cincinnati, Ohio)

Our client is a well-established specialty insurance provider, part of a global insurance group, offering coverage for residential property (e.g., manufactured homes, specialty dwellings) and recreational assets (e.g., boats, classic cars). The company operates in all 50 U.S. states with a premium volume of $1.9 billion.
What They're Looking For
An experienced Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance professional with a strong background in residential lines. The ideal candidate should have:
- A deep understanding of insurance product management
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Experience with rate setting, product design, underwriting guidelines, and market positioning
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the profit and loss of a specific insurance product line
- Lead product reviews, rate setting, and state-specific implementations
- Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, and Marketing
- Ensure regulatory compliance and handle DOI complaints
- Support go-to-market strategies and business readiness
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and statistical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- Knowledge of pricing segmentation, state regulations, reinsurance, and underwriting
- Ability to lead and innovate
Education
- Required: Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Math, or related field
