A rapidly expanding digital asset securities firm, licensed as a Broker-Dealer under local financial regulations, is seeking an experienced Operations professional for its growing team. The company is in the process of obtaining additional regulatory licenses and offers institutional clients a broad suite of digital asset-related and capital markets products. About the Role
The Operations team plays a central role in supporting the full trade lifecycle for both Digital Payment Token (DPT) products and regulated capital markets instruments. As the business expands, the company is strengthening its operational capabilities with an additional headcount due to increased transaction volume and upcoming product launches.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate trade capture, timely settlement processes, robust reconciliation controls, and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams such as Compliance, Technology, and Front Office. This role also involves contributing to new system implementations, regulatory projects, and enhancements to operational processes and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support the end‑to‑end trade lifecycle for DPT and capital markets products, ensuring alignment with regulatory and industry best practices.
- Perform daily trade and position reconciliations across all products and counterparties.
- Build, enhance, and maintain operational workflows, internal dashboards, and reconciliation tools to support accurate and timely settlement activities.
- Design and refine project implementation plans for new product rollouts, regulatory changes, and system integrations.
- Collaborate closely with the Technology team on front‑to‑back system improvements, testing (UAT), and implementation.
- Support KYC/AML checks, onboarding workflows, and client servicing queries in partnership with Compliance and Client Coverage teams.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Middle Office or Capital Markets Operations within financial services or the digital asset industry.
- Strong product knowledge across equities, fixed income, derivatives, structured products, and funds.
- Experience in securities operations, collateral management, or DPT operations is advantageous.
- Strong audit and control mindset, with the ability to maintain robust processes in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast‑paced startup culture and drive operational efficiency and innovation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical capabilities and a high level of professionalism.
