Local Asset Manager - Performance & Data Reconciliation Lead
My client is a Local Asset Manager that delves into Public and Private Markets, seeking for someone who is able to look after the Investment Risk monitoring and Performance reporting functions. It is an individual contributor role with an emphasis on the initial operational work, yet at the same time expected to have strategic ownership of the function.
Job Responsibilities of the Performance & Data Reconciliation Lead
- Producing the performance attribution, benchmark comparison reports. Investigating the performance discrepancies and understanding the gaps while liaising with the various stakeholders.
- Translating the performance attribution analysis to Senior management and advising the front office stakeholders on the reports.
- Maintaining the documentations of the data reporting workflows, ensuring that the reports are in accordance to the respective standards.
- Running the investment risk metrics across products, preparing the risk reports to senior management.
Job Requirements of the Performance & Data Reconciliation Lead
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Math or any related field.
- 10 years of experience and above in performance and attribution, and middle office within a buy-side capacity. Exposure to Investment Risk would be advantageous.
- Prior experience to both Public and Private market products.
