The firm specializes in short-term trading across options, ETFs, futures, crypto and cash equities. Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the core team on high-frequency trading strategies
- Manage risk and work closely with senior traders across the desk
- Research, develop, and execute new trading strategies
Qualifications:
- Dual Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field from a top university (Computer Science or Mathematics preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in trading or a relevant quantitative role (e.g., research, strategy, or analysis)
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++
- Motivated to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with like-minded individuals
