概要
アジアを中心に急成長を遂げるF&Bブランドにて、経営企画マネージャーまたはシニアマネージャーポジションを募集しています。
本ポジションでは、グループ全体の中期戦略・予算策定・M&A・新規事業モデルの立案など、経営の中枢を担う役割をお任せします。CEO直下での業務となるため、意思決定に深く関与できる環境。0→1の業務設計や改善に興味がある方にもおすすめです。
このポジションで得られる経験
アジア市場での事業拡大戦略の立案・実行、M&Aや新規事業モデルの企画・推進、グローバル横断プロジェクトのリード、管理会計・KPI設計・レポート標準化などの業務改善、内部統制・財務報告など
経営企画・管理会計・FP&Aなどの実務経験（5年以上）、英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション力（TOEIC800前後〜）、そして財務分析・企業戦略・プロジェクトマネジメントスキルがある方を募集しています。
