攻めのファイナンス！グローバル展開を加速するFintechスタートアップで、CFO候補を募集（シンガポール勤務）。
日本を牽引するWeb3・ブロックチェーン企業にて、現在グローバル体制への再編を進めております。
主な業務
- 国内外の投資家・金融機関との関係構築、エクイティ・デット双方を視野に入れた資金調達のリード（特に成長資金確保に向けた戦略的アクション）
- 海外展開を見据えたグローバル水準の財務戦略の立案・実行、管理体制の構築（英語での海外投資家対応含む）
- CFOとして、ファイナンス起点で事業成長を推進し、経営陣とともにスピード感ある意思決定をリード
- 全社的な資本政策の設計・実行、財務体制の整備、IPOに向けた基盤構築と推進
- 経営管理（予算制度、予実管理、中期経営計画、投資判断）の仕組み構築と改善
- IPO準備に関連する全業務（監査法人・証券会社対応、社内体制整備）
- 投資家との対話を通じたストーリーテリング（IR）と資金調達を両輪で担う役割
必須要件（Must）
- CFOまたはファイナンス/管理領域統括経験
- 複雑な問題を分析し、本質を捉え、解決策を導いた経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力（交渉・対外折衝経験）
- 資金調達（エクイティ／デット）の実務経験、財務戦略の立案・実行経験
- ブロックチェーン・暗号資産・Web3.0への強い興味関心
歓迎要件（Nice to have）
- 上場準備（海外市場/NASDAQ含む）経験、SEC対応・英文開示
- 米国上場企業での財務・IR・監査対応経験
- 会計コンサルティングファーム、監査法人、投資銀行での3年以上の経験
- 海外事業立ち上げやファイナンス業務経験
- 暗号資産やトークンを活用した資金調達への関心
