We are currently partnered with a leading real estate investment manager focused on acquiring, developing, and managing real estate investments across high-growth U.S. markets. The firm partners with a sophisticated institutional investor base and has built a strong reputation for delivering attractive risk-adjusted returns through a vertically integrated investment platform.
The firm is seeking a Senior Associate, Investor Services to join its Investor Relations and Capital Formation team. This individual will play a highly visible role supporting institutional investor communications, fundraising initiatives, investor reporting, and the overall management of investor relationships. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this position offers significant exposure to capital raising, investor relations strategy, and executive management.
The Senior Associate, Investor Services Will Be Responsible For:
- Supporting institutional investor communications, including quarterly reporting, investor presentations, and fundraising materials
- Assisting with capital raising initiatives through the development of marketing materials, due diligence responses, and investor prospecting support
- Serving as a key contact for investor requests, diligence questionnaires, ad hoc reporting, and information requests
- Coordinating investor events and meetings from planning through execution
- Managing and maintaining investor databases, CRM systems, fundraising platforms, and reporting infrastructure
- Preparing qualitative and quantitative analyses to support fundraising and investor engagement efforts
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and create operational efficiencies
- Supporting day-to-day investor relations operations, including inbox management, investor lists, and data reconciliation activities
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Approximately 4+ years of experience within investor relations, capital raising, investment management, private markets, investment banking, consulting, or fund administration
- Exposure to institutional investors and private market investment strategies
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment concepts, and performance reporting
- Experience creating investor-facing presentations, fundraising materials, and written communications
- Exceptional project management, organization, and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Experience utilizing CRM databases and third-party fundraising/investor databases
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to a sophisticated audience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
