Salary: $75,000-$100,000
Company Summary: Our client is private investment firm based in Boston, with over $200B in assets under management and over 20 offices globally. They are seeking to hire an Investor Relations Analyst to focus on supporting the Investor Relations team, working on providing fundraiser and marketing support to their limited partners.
The Investor Relations Associate will be responsible for:
- Completing RFP's/RFI's and updating DDQ's
- Collaborating with IR colleagues and other investment professionals to pitch books and sales presentations
- Providing investor information requests on an ongoing basis
- Working on fund, investor, and market-level analysis
The Investor Relations Associate should have the following qualifications:
- 1-4 years in investor relations, asset management, consulting, or financial services marketing
- Bachelors degree (BS/BA), preferably from a well regarded institution
- Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables), PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to work with and interpret large data sets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks
- Team oriented and proactive
