Investor Relations Analyst/Associate
A global private investment firm that has an AUM of over $200B is currently seeking an Investor Relations Analyst or Associate who will help support their credit investment strategies. This individual will sit in the firm's Boston office and work alongside senior investor relations professionals and investment teams and cover diligence, marketing, and reporting support for institutional investors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Completing RFPs, RFIs and updating DDQs
  • Collaborating with investment and IR teams to product pitch books, presentations, and marketing collateral
  • Assisting with product management and reporting tools
  • Performing fund, investor, and market-level analysis to support fundraising and client service efforts
  • Maintaining and updating CRMs

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree from a highly regarded institution
  • 2-4 years of experience in asset management, consulting or financial services' related marketing
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior members in the firm
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and organize large data sets
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.

COMPENSATION
  • Expected Annual Base Salary $70,000 - $110,000, determined based on qualifications and experience
