Investment Banking Vice President
- Lead end-to-end sell-side M&A and capital markets transaction execution
- Manage client communications and internal deal teams.
- Manage due diligence processes, coordinate with legal, accounting, and other third-party advisors, and ensure deal timelines are met.
- Conduct and review financial modeling, valuation analyses (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable companies), and strategic alternatives assessments.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- 6-10 years of investment banking experience, with a strong focus on M&A execution.
- Generalist training background preferred or strong experience in Healthcare.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; Open to MBA Associates.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting directly with founders, CEOs, and private equity clients.
- Must be able to work on-site in Orange County four days per week.
