The platform is comprised of senior bankers from elite boutiques and bulge bracket institutions and has built a strong reputation for generating consistent deal flow while maintaining a highly entrepreneurial environment. With continued investment across the platform, the firm is looking to add proven revenue generating senior bankers to expand coverage across key sectors and capitalize on significant white space opportunities.

They are specifically targeting senior M&A bankers with a track record of originating and executing transactions across Technology, Healthcare, Business Services, Industrials, or Consumer. Ideal candidates bring an established network, are generating $3M+ in annual revenue, and are comfortable operating in a front office, client facing capacity while leveraging dedicated execution and business development resources.

Key Responsibilities

Origination and Coverage

  • Drive M&A deal flow through proactive sourcing and origination of sell side and buy side mandates
  • Leverage existing relationships across corporates, private equity sponsors, and key stakeholders to win new business
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on strategic alternatives, capital allocation, and value creation initiatives

Execution and Deal Leadership

  • Lead end to end M&A execution including pitch, mandate, valuation, structuring, negotiation, and closing
  • Oversee transaction processes and manage deal teams to ensure high quality deliverables and efficient timelines
  • Present directly to senior management teams, boards, and investors throughout the transaction lifecycle

Platform Leadership and Growth

  • Mentor and develop VP and Directors, helping build the next generation of revenue producers
  • Partner across industry and product teams to drive cross sell and broaden client engagement
  • Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the M&A platform, including new sector expansion and coverage buildout
