Key Responsibilities
- Execute sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory engagements
- Develop detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials
- Prepare client presentations, management presentations, confidential information memoranda, and marketing materials
- Conduct industry and company research to support transaction execution and business development initiatives
- Coordinate and manage due diligence processes
- Interact with clients, private equity firms, lenders, attorneys, and other transaction counterparties
- Mentor Analysts and help drive execution across active engagements
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of investment banking experience, preferably with M&A transaction exposure
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Experience preparing client-facing materials and managing transaction workstreams
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management abilities
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
