A boutique M&A advisory and strategy consulting firm focused on the wealth management industry is seeking a driven Senior Analyst (or Associate‑level profile) to support transaction and strategic advisory engagements.
Role Overview
- Support sell-side M&A mandates, capital raises, and strategic consulting projects
- Build financial models, analyze client financials, and prepare client-facing materials
- Draft confidential information memoranda and transaction analyses
- Work directly with senior team members and clients throughout engagements
Ideal Background
- 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or transaction-focused consulting
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable working autonomously in a lean, high-accountability team
- Exposure to financial services or wealth management is a plus
