Role Overview:
The Investment Banking Associate will support capital markets and advisory transactions, working closely with senior team members to execute financings, M&A deals, and related strategic initiatives. This role is suited for candidates with strong analytical abilities, capital markets familiarity, and prior transaction experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support execution of capital raising initiatives, including debt, equity, and structured financing.
- Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and client‑ready materials.
- Coordinate due diligence efforts among clients, lenders, and investors.
- Assist with M&A execution across all stages of the transaction lifecycle.
- Conduct industry research, market assessments, and transaction benchmarking.

Qualifications:
