About the Firm
Our client is a leading middle-market investment bank with one of the most established and productive Industrials/Industrial Services M&A practices in the market. The team sees consistent, high-volume deal flow year over year, offering exceptional transaction experience and a clear path for upward mobility.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions from start to finish
- Oversee the development of financial models including DCF, LBO, trading comps, and precedent transactions
- Manage the preparation of marketing materials including CIMs, management presentations, teasers, and pitch books
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, buyers, and other deal parties throughout the transaction process
- Coordinate due diligence, manage data rooms, and oversee buyer/investor outreach
- Mentor and develop junior team members, including training Analysts on modeling, materials, and deal execution
- Support senior bankers with business development efforts and contribute to pitch preparation
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while meeting project deadlines
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of full-time Investment Banking experience required
- Significant M&A deal execution experience (sell-side and/or buy-side)
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Industrials experience preferred but not required - strong M&A experience across other sectors will be considered
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA a plus
- SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 required (or willingness to obtain)
