The team is highly active, with approximately 90% of transactions closing at or above pitch range, and continues to expand due to sustained deal flow.
About the Role
The firm is seeking an Investment Banking Associate II to join its growing Healthcare M&A team. This role offers hands-on exposure to complex sell-side and buy-side transactions and the opportunity to work closely with senior bankers and high-quality clients across the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of M&A transactions from pitch through close
- Build detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and marketing materials
- Coordinate due diligence processes and manage data rooms
- Participate in client meetings, strategic discussions, and buyer interactions
- Mentor analysts and contribute to internal deal execution best practices
Candidate Profile
- Investment Banking Associate with strong M&A transaction experience
- Prior exposure to healthcare is preferred; a demonstrated interest in the healthcare sector is required
- Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and collaborative mindset
