They operate at the cutting edge of technology and specialize in enterprise capital transactions and middle-market software deals, offering unparalleled exposure to high-growth sectors and hands-on deal execution.
They are looking for an Analyst who will play a critical role in supporting deal execution across technology-driven transactions. This is an opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain deep exposure to investment banking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of M&A and capital raise transactions in the technology sector.
- Build and analyze financial models, valuation analyses, and industry research.
- Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.
- Collaborate closely with senior bankers to manage deal processes end-to-end.
Qualifications:
- GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong technical and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Exceptional work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and a go-getter attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ties to the West Coast.
- Previous Investment Banking Analyst internship experience.
- Interest in Technology.
