Selby Jennings is partnering with a boutique investment bank headquartered in Las Vegas is seeking an Analyst to join their tightly knit team. The firm focuses on middle‑market transactions across the real estate, hospitality, gaming, retail, technology, and entertainment sectors, and provides hands‑on exposure to M&A, capital raising, restructurings, and private equity through affiliated investment vehicles.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior bankers and gain broad, execution‑focused experience across multiple transaction types.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements
- Financial modeling, valuation analyses, research, and preparation of client presentations
- Assist in creating high‑quality marketing materials including pitch decks, teasers, CIMs, and management presentations
- Manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with a strong academic track record
- 0-2 years of experience in investment banking or real estate finance
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused
Preferred Qualifications
- Local roots or a demonstrated long‑term commitment to living full‑time in Las Vegas
- Interest in real estate, gaming, and middle‑market transactions
