Key Responsibilities
As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will:
- Work closely with Managing Directors and senior leadership on live transactions.
- Provide execution support across M&A and capital markets deals.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models.
- Prepare marketing materials, pitch decks, and client presentations.
- Assist in developing and nurturing new client relationships.
Qualifications
The Investment Banking Analyst should have:
- 1-2 years of experience in Investment Banking or M&A (industrial sector experience is a plus but not required).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Currently based in or willing to relocate to Houston, TX.
- FINRA licenses: SIE and Series 79.
