About Our Client

Position Overview

We are partnering with this client to identify a strategic and execution-focused Head of Operations. This individual will play a critical leadership role, overseeing day-to-day operations across originations, underwriting, and asset management. The ideal candidate will also serve as the firm's EOS Integrator, driving cross-functional alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Lead and optimize daily operations across investment functions, ensuring seamless coordination between originations, underwriting, and asset management.
  • Implement scalable systems and processes to support growth and efficiency.
  • Track and improve performance metrics across departments.

EOS Integrator Role

  • Serve as the firm's Integrator within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework.
  • Facilitate Level 10 meetings, quarterly planning, and annual strategy sessions.
  • Ensure accountability and alignment across teams using EOS tools and disciplines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Promote strong communication and collaboration across investment, finance, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support talent development and team cohesion across operational functions.

Strategic Execution

  • Partner with senior leadership to execute the firm's strategic roadmap.
  • Lead initiatives related to technology, data infrastructure, and operational scalability.
  • Support investor relations, fundraising, and reporting functions as needed.

Candidate Profile

  • Senior operations leader with experience in investment management, private equity, or real estate finance.
  • Deep understanding of real estate and specialty credit strategies, especially in the middle market.
  • Prior experience as an EOS Integrator is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
