Location: Hybrid - 3 days onsite in Boston, New York City, or Bethlehem, PA; 2 days remote

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced leader to head Group Benefit Pricing and Analytics for a leading mutual insurance company. This role will oversee pricing strategy, rate development, and state filings for the entire Group Benefits portfolio, while driving modernization of pricing methodologies and analytical capabilities. The portfolio includes dental, vision, absence & disability, life, and supplemental health products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pricing and analytics strategy for Group Benefits products.
- Oversee rate development and ensure compliance with state filing requirements.
- Modernize pricing approaches and implement innovative analytical tools.
- Manage and mentor a team of approximately 20 professionals.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, reporting directly to the Group Benefits CFO.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in pricing within Group Benefits and supplemental health.
- Expertise across dental, vision, absence & disability, life, and related products.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams.
- Ability to drive modernization and process improvement initiatives.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid schedule - 3 days onsite in Boston, NYC, or Bethlehem, PA; 2 days remote.
