Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Bancassurance growth strategy
- Drive APE, revenue, and market share growth
- Lead insurer partnerships and commercial negotiations
- Launch impactful customer campaigns and financial planning initiatives
- Enhance RM capability through training and digital enablement
- Drive digital Bancassurance transformation across banking platforms
- Ensure full compliance with HKMA and IA regulatory requirements
- Strengthen risk management and customer protection frameworks
- 10+ years of Bancassurance, Wealth Management, or Distribution experience
- Proven leadership experience within Hong Kong financial services
- Strong track record managing strategic partnerships and commercial agreements
- IIQE qualified and eligible to act as Responsible Officer
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
