A fast-growing technology firm operating at the intersection of blockchain and financial infrastructure is building a platform that modernises how real‑world assets are structured, financed, and accessed. The team is focused on bringing greater efficiency, transparency, and automation to complex financial workflows through Web3 technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop blockchain‑integrated backend services, including transaction indexing systems and automated smart contract deployment pipelines
- Build scalable Web3 applications using TypeScript that interact with Ethereum-based financial products
- Develop robust monitoring, reporting, and indexing solutions tailored to high-volume transaction environments
- Contribute to system architecture decisions across the full product lifecycle
- Implement high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation
- Embed security best practices across the stack, ensuring reliability and resilience in production systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced engineering team, contributing to both backend and smart contract development
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with JavaScript or TypeScript in a production environment
- Strong experience with Web3 client technologies and Ethereum tooling such as Viem, Foundry, or Hardhat
- Hands-on experience building or maintaining transaction indexing solutions such as The Graph or similar tools
- Solid understanding of blockchain security fundamentals and best practices
- Experience working with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality systems
- Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team
