Full Stack Developer
Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer (C#/.Net/Python)
Location: Fort Worth - (1-2 days a month onsite)
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 + Bonus
A global investment firm focused on credit and structured products is hiring a senior full stack engineer to join a front office technology team. This role sits close to trading and research, building applications that directly support investment decision-making and day-to-day workflows.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong experience with C#/.NET
- Experience building modern web applications (React, Angular, Vue, or similar)
- Solid understanding of APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and system design
- Exposure to cloud environments and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes preferred)
- Prior experience in financial services or trading environments is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable applications supporting trading and analytics workflows
- Work closely with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Enhance and optimize existing systems to improve efficiency and performance
- Contribute to engineering best practices including testing, CI/CD, and code reviews
- Partner with cross-functional teams and help mentor junior developers
- Stay current with new technologies and apply them where relevant
