Job Title: Restructuring & Office of the CFO Senior Associate

Location: Houston, TX - San Francisco, CA - New York, NY - Miami, FL

Remote/hybrid

Our client is looking to expand their growing team via a Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Associate. This person will play a critical role in serving the clients PE clients in turnaround, financial modeling, budgeting, cash flow management, and other FP&A activities.

The client delivers trajectory-altering change to middle-market PE clients seeking rapid, sustainable, and affordable performance improvement. With a team of professionals from top-tier firms, the client is built to maximize value through deep expertise in driving change, flexible staffing models, and an aligned incentives mindset.

Responsibilities:

* Serve as a financial business partner to senior leadership through delivery of key financial and operating needs
* Deliver value to clients through expert financial modeling and analysis, such as:
* Development of 13-week cash flows
* Cash conversion cycle and working capital optimization (AR, AP, inventory management)
* Capital deployment analysis, optimization, and recommendations
* Monthly and annual financial budgeting, forecasting, and management analysis
* Financial process improvement, tool development, and management dashboards
* Strategic guidance and sound business decision support
* Provide structured program management and leadership to cross-functional teams
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Support the firm with business and practice development activities (e.g., pitch materials, marketing collateral, internal resource management) What you bring:
* A bachelor's degree in a related field, an advanced degree preferred
* 3+ years financial modeling, advanced forecasting, analytical reasoning, and financial systems (i.e., FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Investment Banking, Consulting, etc.)
* Experience being an effective communicator across an organization, including executive leaders
* Ability to drive results under tight deadlines, work under pressure and multitask across multiple competing projects
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
* Microsoft Office skills, expected to be a power user in Excel and PowerPoint
* Open to client travel

Compensation:

Base: $120,000

All in: 30% - 70% of base
