FP&A Specialist
Our client is one of the fastest-growing leasing and financial services companies in the Netherlands. They support importers and dealers by offering a wide range of financial products, including consumer financing, leasing, and insurance under well-known house labels. We are currently supporting in their search for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist.
About the Role
As an FP&A Specialist, you'll be responsible for the full planning and control cycle, as well as asset and liability management. You'll work closely with a small, experienced team of finance professionals, contributing to forecasting, funding strategy, and business case development. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both analytical depth and strategic influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly rolling forecasts and annual budgets
- Execute funding strategy, including hedging and loan acquisition
- Develop dashboards and management reports
- Analyze trends, risks, returns, and opportunities to support decision-making
- Act as a business partner in evaluating new business cases
Your Profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance
- At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis and forecasting
- Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling
- Analytical mindset with a proactive and curious approach
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
