About the Opportunity
Our client is a growing, multi-site organization seeking a Regional Finance Manager to support financial performance across multiple operating locations. This individual will serve as a key business partner to operational leaders, providing financial insights and strategic recommendations to drive profitability, operational efficiency, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for a portfolio of business units or locations.
- Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner closely with regional and site leadership to support strategic and operational initiatives.
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, variance analyses, and management presentations.
- Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Support month-end close activities, financial reviews, and ad hoc analysis.
- Assist with long-range planning, capital investments, and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, HR, and executive leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, corporate finance, operational finance, or related functions.
- Experience supporting multi-site and/or multi-entity organizations preferred.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analytical skills.
- Ability to partner effectively with operational leadership and influence decision-making.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools or ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
