Finance Lead-Asset Management
岗位职责：
负责公司日常财务核算、账务处理及月度、季度、年度财务报表的编制与审核，确保数据准确、报送及时。
组织编制公司年度财务预算，跟踪预算执行情况，分析预实差异，提出改进建议。
负责公司资金管理，合理安排资金调度，监控现金流状况，提高资金使用效率。
审核各类费用报销、付款申请及合同中的财务条款，确保符合公司制度及法律法规。
负责税务申报、税务筹划及发票管理，维护与税务机关的良好关系，防控税务风险。
协助完成内外部审计工作，配合提供所需财务资料，跟进审计发现问题的整改。
完善财务管理制度与流程，推动财务信息化建设，提升财务工作效率与内控水平。
完成公司交办的其他财务相关工作。
任职要求：
本科及以上学历，财务管理、会计学、审计学等相关专业。
具有5年以上财务工作经验，其中至少1年以上财务主管或同等管理岗位经验。
持有中级会计师职称（CPA、ACCA、CMA等优先考虑）。
熟悉企业会计准则、税法及相关财经法规，具备较全面的账务处理及报表编制能力。
具备良好的财务分析能力、风险控制意识和逻辑思维能力。
工作细致、责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队管理能力。
能承受一定工作压力，具备较强的执行力与问题解决能力。
有量化行业经验者优先。
