About the Role

The firm's Enterprise Operations team enables our people across the organization to work as efficiently as possible and collaborate on a growing number of global initiatives with minimal friction. In this role, you'll partner closely with Enterprise, Trading, and Business teams to identify, implement, and manage the tools that power our best work. You'll also play a key role in global application migrations and in building end-to-end solutions that support our ambitious business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Engage stakeholders: Act as the primary contact for technical and non-technical stakeholders, understanding their needs and challenges to refine processes and enhance user experience.
  • Manage application configuration: Oversee change, incident, and problem management while defining and promoting best practices for Enterprise Technology applications.
  • Administer core tools: Own and manage our collaboration and productivity suite, including Jira, Confluence, Slack, Zoom, Box, Tableau, and more.
  • Enable collaboration: Maintain and expand platforms that support seamless interaction across business, technical, and enterprise teams.
  • Provide technical guidance: Advise departments on leveraging enterprise applications to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot effectively: Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues from alerts and user reports to ensure system reliability.
  • Automate processes: Develop scripts and automation to reduce manual work, and review code to maintain quality standards.
  • Evaluate solutions: Conduct due diligence on new tools and integrations to ensure compatibility, security, and functionality.
  • Lead projects: Drive initiatives from design to delivery, including building integrations and incorporating third-party solutions.
  • Coordinate with vendors: Manage vendor relationships and ensure external providers deliver solutions aligned with specifications and internal requirements.

Who You Are

  • Technical proficiency
    • Skilled in configuring Jira, Confluence, Zoom, Slack, Box, and Tableau, including workflows, templates, integrations, and automation
    • Experienced in managing software releases, updates, migrations, and application changes for smooth transitions
    • Strong background in end-user support, troubleshooting, and training to enhance tool effectiveness
    • Proficient in enforcing security standards, managing access permissions, and safeguarding data in compliance with company policies
  • Experience
    • Hands-on involvement in diverse projects, applying creative technological solutions
    • Practical experience using business operation tools and scripting languages to streamline processes and improve user experience
  • Soft skills
    • Pragmatic, logical thinker with a strong user-first, problem-solving mindset
    • Collaborative approach to identifying clean, simple solutions
    • Excellent communicator, able to articulate technical and non-technical concepts clearly
