Our client a leading international bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President - eFX Sales professional to join its Global Markets team in Dubai. This is a high-impact role focused on driving eFX sales across institutional and corporate client segments in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic eFX sales plan to grow revenue and deepen client relationships across the MENA region.
- Originate and manage a portfolio of institutional and corporate clients with a focus on electronic FX solutions.
- Collaborate with trading, structuring, and technology teams to deliver tailored eFX products and platforms.
- Provide market insights, pricing, and execution strategies to clients using cutting-edge e-trading tools.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions.
- Represent the bank at industry events and client meetings to enhance market presence and thought leadership.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in FX or eFX sales.
- Strong understanding of electronic trading platforms, APIs, and algorithmic execution.
- Proven track record of revenue generation and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic would be a plus.
